Project Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are working in partnership with an established HVAC / Refrigeration business in Sheffield.  We seek to recruit a Project Manager to join this expanding organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:
 

• Compile tender/bid activity and carry out project estimating

• Review technical design aspects of system proposals

• Value engineer projects

• Manage project costs and project P&L

• Attend pre-start and project meetings

• Produce and manage project H&S plans, RAMS etc

• Produce and agree project programs

• Coordinate services with other trades

• Source and procure plant items i.e. air handling units, air conditioning, coldrooms etc

• Source and procure sub-contractors: ductwork, controls, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, pipework and insulation

• Check and sign off invoices

• Snag and quality control installations

• Manage all commissioning activities

• Produce O&M manuals

• Prepare and submit monthly applications and variations

Package:
 

• ​Salary - £40,000 to £50,000 (dependant on experience)

• Company car/car allowance

• 25 days holiday in addition to the normal statutory holidays

• The company operates an Auto-Enrolment pension scheme

• Your normal hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
